Chopped carbon and glass fiber blended into the base polymer for extra stiffness and a distinctive matte, low-warp finish — without the weight of solid metal or the cost of composite layup. Filazoo carries CF and GF grades across PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PET and PA6 base materials. Note that fiber-reinforced filament is abrasive: use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle, and expect a slightly rougher surface finish than the unfilled base material in exchange for real mechanical stiffness gains.
