At Filazoo, product quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review the following policy before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
Due to the specialty nature of 3D printing materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is damaged during transportation
- The item is defective upon arrival
- The item received is incorrect compared to your order
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions if applicable.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.
Important Notes
- Refunds cannot be issued for products damaged due to improper use or non-product-related issues.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
