What's the minimum order?
50 kg across any mix of materials and colours. Below that, the bulk discounts on our retail store apply with no minimum at all.
Can I mix materials to reach a tier?
Yes — tiers are assessed on total volume across all 358 SKUs, and on rolling 12-month volume, so steady reorders move you up.
How fast is approval?
One business day. We need a registered business name, a website or storefront, and a tax or resale ID.
Can I test before committing?
Yes. Approved accounts can request a sample kit of the materials they plan to stock.
What are lead times?
One to three business days on stocked SKUs. Custom colours and private-label runs are quoted with a firm production date.
Do you do private label?
At Distributor volume — own-brand spools, custom colour matching, alternative weights and retail packaging.
Payment and shipping?
Prepayment to start, net terms after a credit review. Free freight in the standard service area from Volume tier up.
Can I resell on marketplaces?
Yes. No exclusivity clause and no franchise fee.

You don't need an account to buy well.
