Filazoo TPU-90A Foam is a 1.75 mm flexible 3D printing filament designed for softer flex and stronger cushioning than standard 95A TPU. Its foam formulation produces temperature-controlled foaming for lighter, softer, and more cushioned parts. It is suited to functional prototypes and end-use parts that need controlled flex, impact absorption, and repeated handling. Raising nozzle temperature increases expansion; lowering temperature produces a denser and firmer result.
